I have a bedroom with a shared bath for $500 per month, I also have a master bed with private bath for $650 per month available June 1st - utilities included for both rooms. It is an older house and is undergoing renovations. Carpets could use steam cleaning, walls could use some paint, but otherwise in good order. 1 other person shares my home with me. I am a smoker, but usually I smoke outside or in my room, not in common areas. I have children, but they do not live with me. They will come visit here and there. There is space and privacy in the house. Shared kitchen & laundry. Gender not important, orientation not important, just need to be laid back, friendly, honest and genuine! |
