The rent is $650/ month but is a good deal because you get room with own bathroom and cable, internet, water, light, garbage pick-up, and association fee are included in that price.
The condo is in a gated community with tennis courts, pool and nice clubhouse. There are places to walk around and grill out too.
The room is a good size and has a large window and medium sized closet. The bathroom has a tub with a shower. There are wood floors on the first floor and carpeting on the second, with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo is convenient to the community ammenities.
I am 27 yrs old and work in networking administration. I am married but am living apart from my wife, she goes to school in Augusta and we see each other on the weekends. Our cat comes to visit sometimes too but mostly lives in Augusta. I like to keep things pretty clean and organized and my cat will get along with some cats or small dogs. There is a 50 lbs pet limit and our patio space is not fenced in yet but there are plenty of places to walk a pet in the community. |
