Hello,
I need a roommate to live in a two bedroom rancher with me. It is a nice, quiet place with garage, storage space, basement with washer and dryer, half an acre of land, kitchen, dining room, living room, screened sun porch and of course your own room, that you can choose.
I'm looking for a nice person, male or female and preferably a Christian. However, I will make considerations for the right person. No smoking or drinking is allowed in the house.
I'm looking for a person who is capable of being responsible for their half. If you are a player then do us both a favor and do not reply to this post. I have too many other concerns on my plate right now so I'm not interested in playing games.
