Hi, we are Trent and Caprice Mccall and what I we are mainly interested in one tenant, two if the tenant has one child and people who are considerate, responsible, on time,good with kids good looking, very clean, hard working, outgoing, humorous, open minded, white, and most importantly, EMPLOYED!!! We are located in a rual area nexted to a very unactive road, safe for children. the home is completly furnished with new fruniture, carpet, washer and drier, dish washer, stove, central heating and air, paint, and ceiling fans in each room. FOOD WILL BE FURNISHED FOR TENANTS WHO QUALIFY! DAYCARE WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED ON CERTAIN DAYS AS WELL!!! there are three respected colleges, all less than thirty mins. away from the house; Gordon college, Griffin Tech. college, and Flint River Tech. college which is only 5 mins. down the road from us.We are less than ten mins. from alot of good shopping and dining areas with a few alcohol establishments for a adult fun. The home is a 1900 square ft. home on a three acre lot and a pond in the back yard that is accessible to all tenants and ver child safe. We have security lights at each corner of the home outside and an alarm system in the house. the home is approximately 1 hour and 15 mins from the atlanta area and 45 mins. from the Macon area. (FYI) Our area is 86%% white, 11% black, and 3% other. Our crime rate is very low and the schools are rated pretty high in GA. we have excelent daycare facilities at reasonable rates. average , $40 to $60 a week! I have a very nice place on the outskirts of town. The house is very clean and new and I would like to keep it that way. I am a very clean person, "not OCD" HAHA!
