I am looking for someone to rent a bedroom too. The rent is $500 a month and that includes utilities, cable, wireless internet and local and long distance on the phone (not international calls). The house is in a new subdivision in a nice area near VSU(5Miles) and Moody AFB(15Miles). The room is a nice size with a big window and your own bathroom across the hall. It has a walk in closet and there is additional storage in an easily accessible attic. The house is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer. |
