Beautiful house by Western and Diversey for rent. $700 per month + half utilities + 1 month security deposit. Utilities are about $225 - $350 per month each, depending on the time of year. That includes TV, Internet, Phone, Gas, Electric, Security System, and Maid Service that comes in once every two weeks. You will get the bedroom and office on the 1st floor. There is a nice deck with grill and yard for your use. Laundry in the basement. There is also a game room in the basement with a card table, dart board, and foosball table. I do have a cat so you can?t be allergic. A little about me: I am a 32 year old straight male. I have a couple businesses and work just a few blocks from the house.
