i am 26 student doing my undergrads. i work part-time so most of the time i am outside my small 1BR apartment. The room rent is $410-420 which would include heating, electricity and internet. we also have laundry at the apartment building which opens 8am and closes at 9pm.
to be frank i am not a super clean person cause i am already tired with my hectic schedule.
Anyone who are drugs free are welcome to set up an appointment and i can show you around my room. i smoke regularly and drink occasionally so feel free to drink and smoke but please don't crash out and don't be loud cause i am really good with the people living around me.
