My roommate is moving out in the beginning of March, so I'm looking for someone to sign a sublease. The apartment is a three story walk-up, with a large deck, yard, free laundry, hardwood floors through out, large windows, and updated kitchen and bathroom. The room for rent is huge, with hardwood floors and two large closets. Rent is 700 a month, not including utilities (heat, electric, cable and internet)
