I am a 21 Year-old female recent college grad and actress living in the heart of Lincoln Park. My parents bought a place two years ago and I have been living here since that time. My roomate of two years is moving out and I am looking for someone to take her place. Preferable move-in date would be mid-August.
Rent is 800 a month with all utilities included except cable/internet.
I am relaxed, clean, and friendly, and would love to find someone who is the same. Also need to find someone who is reliable and independent as I have a pretty crazy schedule. I like to go out occasionally, but not too often.
The apartment is a spacious two bedroom/one bathroom within walking distance to the red and brown line trains as well as numerous bus routes. There is laundry in-unit as well as a storage space downstairs. The deck and back yard are beautiful and all of the nieghbors are awesome.
The Lincoln Park neighborhood is excellent and the apartment is located close to countless restaurants, bars, etc.
