Plus your own bathroom, a living area and your own entrance—all this only 2 blocks from the Jarvis Red Line Stop and 1 block from 147 express bus to downtown. Upstairs you will share a newly rehabbed kitchen with me. There is also access to a private beach and there is a workout room in the building.
Rent is $890 includes water, heat, and laundry. Utilities are: electric bill; your share is around $15/month. If you want to share Phone and High Speed Wi/Fi bill with me it is $40 extra.
