The total rent is $850.00 a month your rent half is $400.00. You will be splitting 1/2 electric bill which is in my name (it's all electric and is currently running about $50.00 a month). The landlord will want to meet you and it will be a 12 month lease. The room can fit a queen bed, dresser, desk and probably a night stand or two.
Apartment has a washer/dryer facility in the basement and room to store extra items. The bedroom available has a large closet and the building has been updated with new windows and sliding glass door. No carpet it's all laminate flooring.
Internet and cable have not been set up in the apartment so if you want that you will have to set it up. I'd be willing to share costs on that (open to discussion). Cat friendly people and willing to accept 1 cat but you must know I have two.. No children please...No couples
