I am searching for a female roomate who is quite and friendly. Must get along with dogs, but will not have them roaming the house. The rent is $400 includes gas/heat. Water will be split. Its not just a room but you will have room of almost the entire house! I am hardly there and when I am I am studying or sleeping. I do have a daughter who does visit and stay the night sometimes but she is no problem. I do work midnights so I sometimes sleep during the day.
