Hi! I'm a new teacher in Olathe, and currently rent an apartment with another girl. When our lease is up this summer, I am either going to renew the lease on my own (my roomie is getting married) or find a new place to live. I'm open to either at this point! If staying in my apartment, then I would have a bedroom available (shared bath). Rent + utilities + internet average $375 each. If I move elsewhere, I would definitely want to stay as close to Olathe as possible. I'm a Christian and very responsible. I stay busy between work and my master's, and am not into the party scene. I would definitely want a roommate who is trustworthy, responsible, and respectful as well.
