We're looking for a third roommate to live in a 3br/2ba townhouse off of Marquis Avenue. Great location with just a 5 minute walk to campus! It's also right down the street from Kroger! Bedrooms are spacious and the place comes with an updated kitchen. Washer and dryer are provided. Rent is $425 a month and we also pay cable and utilities which together should be about $50 a piece per month. Pets are fine and the pet deposit is $250.
