I am a 21 year old female. working full time and going to grad school full time. I have been looking at places all week and will make a decision on a place on friday. I am looking to be in the medford/somerville area, or if that doesnt work out, allston/brighton/brookline area. I have been looking at 3 and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Pricing is more than reasonable, probably between 600 and 800 per person. Rooms are all large enough for queen size bed and other furniture.
I am looking for roommates that have similar habits. Keep the place clean (dont care what your room looks like, but common areas, esp. kitchen and bathroom need to be clean). Respectful of eachother. NO DRAMA NO STRESS. I like a mellow relaxing living environment - low maintenance roommates that are responsible and self-sufficient. I do not have any pets at the moment, but I would like to get a dog at some point.
