Starting May 1st I'll be renting out rooms in a single family house in Bridgewater, MA. The rent will be 650$/month through the end of August. Starting in September I will be renting the rooms on a 9 month contract at 750$/month. A 500$ deposit is required. There are four rooms in the house, a large kitchen, full bath, living room, and there is a small yard. Renters split electric and cable bill, other utilities included. The property is just a minute walk from any part of Bridgewater State College Campus. |
