Hi I'm looking to share (with a girl or a boy) my beautiful 2 bedroom loft (1000 sq. ft.) in the Flatiron District right on the corner of 22nd and Broadway (literally steps away from the NRW subway and supermarket and Duane Reade, a five minute walk from Union Sq, and 15 min from E/W Village). Regardless of the 12' ceilings throughout the apartment, the bedrooms are huge -- at least 13'X13', each with a large closet, air conditioning, and two enormous windows. Marble bathroom, fully furnished living room (with 48" high definition flatscreen) and dining room, updated kitchen, and two extra closets. The rent is $4,000 (plus utilities) for the total apartment; so I would be asking for $2,000 (straight) for the slightly larger bedroom.
