I need someone to fill out the last 3 months of my lease, and you can sign on for another year if you like the place. I am trying to move in and help out a friend of my family’s so need to leave by July 1st. This is a great way to test out a new living situation with minim commitment. 550 pr/mo with a refundable deposit of 500 (you will get it back when/if you leave), water included.
This is a great location, it is in the hart of Newton Center less then 3 min wall from the Greenline train (D-line Newton Center T stop). It is 30min from Boston by T, near Rt 9, 128 and I-90. There is free off street parking, free washer and dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. You will be living with 2 other roommates, (3 bedrooms in all, a large kitchen and sitting room). This is a great place if you are new to the area, or are looking around because you can stay till September and resign if you like the place or move on if you don’t.
