I have a 3 bedroom colonial that is about 1300 square feet with a two car garage in a quiet family neighborhood. I have a yard and fenced in backyard. I'm looking for $800/mo including all utilies gas, electric, cable, internet, phone, washer/dryer, but will be negotiable for the right person. I'm close to everything, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The room is the largest in the house and is about 10 by 14.
