2 males, both in their mid- to late-20s. One works with animation from home while the other works in Watertown as a software engineer. Move-in date is somewhat flexible as I could vacate my room by Sat. 8/9 or Sun. 8/10.

- 3 bedrooms, we just need one more tenant as our third just left to live with her boyfriend
- $525/mo. rent each -- total rent between all three tenants is 1,575/mo.
- Utilities average $100-$150/mo. Cable, high-speed internet, gas heat, electric -- more often than not they are about $120/mo. total per person
- First & security up front ($1,050 total)
- Lease is month-to-month so 30 days' notice is required
- 1/2 of a duplex (the landlord's son and his family live in the other half so whenever anything comes up, it gets taken care of pretty quickly)
- Two floors: 3 bedrooms and full bath located on the second floor; kitchen, living room & 1/2 bathroom located on first floor
- 1.5 bathrooms so if someone's taking a shower it's never a problem

- LOTS of storage in the basement if that's a concern for you
- 1 reserved parking space in driveway for each tenant, with plenty of free street parking if you have guests
