I have two rooms for rent (located just 2-3 minutes from Route 128/I95) for a male or female (no couples please). The apt. is fully furnished with no room for additional furniture. I have 1 furnished room & 1 unfurnished room.
I'm a non-smoker & seeking a non-smoker or someone willing to smoke outside. I also seek someone who's not a "party" person & won't be bringing random people in the apt. While I'm friendly & care I'm also very busy & not looking for a new best friend. I prefer someone who can do their own thing & allow me to do mine.
I'm quite a neat freak. I never go to bed with dishes in the sink & expect the same. I never leave anything laying around the common areas (living room/ kitchen/ bathroom) & ask for the same respect please. The ideal person would be conscientious of such things.
There's ample parking space & coin laundry in the basement. No pets allowed. I work over night & sleep during the day so I would need someone who can be mindful of that. I drink minimally & absolutely no drugs.
I love designing greeting cards, business cards, letterhead, brochures, & labels. I could do scrap-booking all day long. I love taking pictures (I never go anywhere without my camera in my purse). I love to write poetry & anything else that allows me to express myself creatively. I enjoy movies, playing board games or cards, & low key things like shooting pool or a day go-carting or bumper boating. This is my idea of fun.
