I am 27F working professional looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It is located in Woburn, MA and I have been living here for the past 1.5 years. I am clean, mature, laid back and hassle free. I like watching movies, reading and mingling with friends. I do not have any parties at home. I like to keep the home clean. The apartment is spacious and noise free. It is in a very safe locality and there is ample of free parking. I usually go to bed by 10:30pm.
Apartment and Complex facilities include 24 hour gym, pool, spa, walk-in closet, business center for internet use, carpeting, washer / dryer in apartment, air – conditioning. Kitchen includes toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, small movie-theater, elevator.
It is very conveniently located at the intersection of I-95 and I-93, just 9 miles north of Boston and only 1 mile from the new Anderson Woburn Commuter rail. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Downtown Boston by car.
Monthly Rent is $803 + utilities for 1 bedroom and your own private full bath. Utilities average to about $70 a month for heat/hot water and electricity. You will get free cable!!! Looking for someone to move in ASAP!!
