Hello!
Myself and my other roommate who is my fiance rent a beautiful renovated home in the heart of Canton! Our other roommate has to move out in the beginning of February to be closer to work and we are looking for a roommate to move in! We have a GREAT relationship with our current roommate. Our house is located on S. Clinton street in Baltimore,MD just minutes away from Canton square, Merritt Athletic Club and easy access to route 95! Our place has three bedrooms and three baths. The room that is for rent has easy access to our rooftop deck and even has your own bathroom! We are looking for a young professional or student who is clean. We love to go out with our friends on the weekends, actively participate in BSSC sports and love to travel! I am a 26 year old female and teach 4th grade in Howard County. My fiance is a 27 year old male who works as an Actuary for the Government. We are extremely laid back people. I LOVE to clean so I am the designated clearner of the house. The only thing you would need to clean is your room and bathroom. The rent is $675 a month and we split water, cable/internet and BGE three ways.
