I am a 21 year old student at TU and I'm looking for a room (shared or single, doesn't matter) for June 2011. I graduate in January 2012 so i will need a place through the month of December. If i get a job or an internship in the area I may need to stay longer.
400$ a month including utilities is pretty much my max and the apartment has to be close to campus or close to one of the off campus shuttle stops since i don't have a vehicle. If furniture is needed for the apartment i have several pieces for the living room area.
I am very clean but i don't expect my roommates to be as clean as i am. As long as its sanitary and the dishes are cleaned I'm pretty happy. I have a small rabbit who spends most of the time in her cage/pen but she does like to run around my bedroom a few times a week. I clean up after her and only let her out in chew-proof areas.
I am pretty laid back. I enjoy playing video games, reading and going out. I take a lot of classes so partying will be more quality rather than quantity. I have a long term boyfriend who will be in grad school so i will not need to kick anyone out of the room for privacy reasons. |
