I'm the homeowner and am very VERY laid back. I can get along with just about anyone. I am in sales and work crazy hours, so I'm not home very often. I keep active with sports and freinds as well. I hit up the night-life when I can, but only maybe 1-2 night a week maybe. I'm pretty clean for a dude.
I work hard play hard. As far as the house; it is conviently located about a few blocks from just about everything; The Square, Fells Point, Patterson Park, etc. All utilities Inc. $700/mth + $500 Deposit. |
