We are currently looking for two roommates to share a four bedroom townhouse. The rent for the first room is $425 plus utilities and is available immediately. This is a medium size room and you would share a bathroom with one other person. The rent for the second room is $450 plus utilities and is available August 1, 2008. This is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. I am also asking for a full months rent for deposit for both rooms. I have a 2yr old chocolate lab that mostly stays downstairs in the basement.
