I bought a beautiful three bedroom penthouse condo in Owings Mills and I am looking for a roommate male or female! I am a full time student and a full time employee. I am looking for a roommate who is trustworthy and reliable. The location of the condo could not be better. It is in a great safe neighborhood, one mile from the metro, 15 min. from Baltimore, 20 min. to Towson, 20 min. to UMBC. It is surrounded by shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall. The community has beautiful pools, tennis courts, and great trails around the area. The condo has a fireplace, laundry room, walk-in closets, and tons of room. Rent is $700 and includes gas, electric, trash, water, cable, phone, and wireless internet. The bedroom is not furnished, it fits a queen sized bed and two dressers comfortably and has a WALK IN CLOSET! I am looking for a roommate who can pay the rent, is respectful, and has the same type of lifestyle I do. I work hard and want to come home and relax. I do have a cat she is clean and the place does not smell like animals. I keep my home comfortable; clean yet livable.
