Hi!! I am looking for someone to take over my lease beginning July 1st but I will be moving out in early June so potentially you will be able to move in earlier if needed. You will be taking the lease over in July until the end August. Also, my current roommates will be signing the lease for the following year, so they are not looking for a short-team lease. This will be a long-term lease.
Below are some specifics on the apartment and the neighborhood.
The apartment: 3 Bedroom, 2 bath apartment (bathroom will be shared), first floor (but not on the ground, which is good for safety purposes) apartment. Large living and dining rooms, fairly large kitchen. Dishwasher. Washer and dryer in apartment. Sizable balcony. 24 hour fitness center (has a bike, treadmill, stepper and weights). LOTS of parking. Pool. Also a few nice areas outside available to use for grilling and such.
The area: Close to grocery stores, Starbucks, cleaners, lots of restaurants, a mall, etc. Close to a school with a great track if you are interested in going for a run outside. Pretty quiet most of the time, area is mostly young professionals or young families with children. We are really close to 795, which feeds right into 695.
Rent: Actually pretty cheap for the amount of space we have. It's
$430 and there is $100 security deposit, before utilities, and they aren't too terribly expensive.
Furnishing: The apartment is fully furnished so all you would have to worry about is the furniture... |
