My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate either for the duration of the summer or the duration of the lease (just signed for 1 year). The apartment is a clean, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath top unit located about a 15 minute walk from the Rockville metro and Rockville Town Square. It's a really optimal location, close to public transit, shopping, banks, etc. The rent is about $1400 a month plus utilities, but divide that between 3 people, and the monthly rent goes down to $500-600 per person. The kitchen has full gas appliances, there is a washer/dryer in the unit, & the complex has a pool. Please reply if you are seriously interested.
