I am looking to sublet one room in a two bedroom apartment. Two girls share the second bedroom. The rent includes cable, internet, and water. Electric is not included but usually runs around 10 dollars per person per month. Laundry is free in the basement where there is also a workout room and a game room. A parking spot is also included.
