I'm in the process of buying this house: It's a beautiful home with hardwood floors throughout, a fireplace in the living room, and a small but nice dining room. I plan to get DSL internet and broadcast wireless for laptops. I already have one renter lined up and need one more. I would like to meet you before I agree to rent to you and once I get the house you will also be welcome to tour it before coming to your decision. I will probably be living in this house within one month. I'm looking to charge $350 a month plus a third of the utilities. One room is 10x10 and the other is 10x12. They're both basically the same.
