I have a 1400 square foot home. It is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. You would have the entire lower level to yourself (living room, bedroom, bathroom). You can have use of the whole house. We will share the laundry room and the kitchen. There is a large deck. You can park in the garage. Rent is $400 - $500. Deposit is $100. Utilities are negotiable. I have three boys ages 8, 5, and 3. They are with me about 70% of the time. My work shedule is mixed. I am in the catering business. Added incentive for a single mom - I am home during the day and we could possibly arrange for your child to be under my care. I am fully licensed, background checked and certified. |
