I have a spare bedroom for rent. this will include your own private bath, kitchen priveleges, cable, and garage parking. I am a divorced woman, 57 yrs old with no children. I do have 3 cats and a dog, so you must be an animal lover. Nice clean single family home, 2000 sq, feet in The Preserve. I work full time and do smoke, but am very considerate of others.
