Great townhome with over 1700 square feet of living space to share. Room has private bath. In-home laundry, garage parking space. Located across from a beautiful park with great hiking trails. I'm a pretty laid back person, I expect someone to clean and pick up after themselves but am not a clean freak. Social drinker, non-smoker, no drugs. I'm fun and love to laugh! I don't currently have any pets but would be open to renting to a person that has one dog - that is if the dog is well behaved and gentel. I am asking for a six month lease, and a $500.00 deposit.
