I am a friendly, easy-going, responsible professional living in a large 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in downtown MInneapolis and am looking for someone with whom I can share the apartment. You'd have your own bathroom and bedroom on its own end of the apartment. The apartment is about 1300 square feet, has large floor to ceiling windows in the living area, vaulted ceilings, carpet in all rooms except the kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit. There is underground parking available below for an additional $60/month and free guest parking with a pass. There is a small gym for residents available across the street, tanning, and pretty good concierge services. I have a small house-trained non-shedding friendly well-behaved dog, and I would like to have a roommate who is at the very least dog-friendly. I have cable and internet ($90/month). I am relaxed, fairly clean, prefer to live with someone who is friendly but doesn't need to be my best friend, and who won't judge me for watching crappy mtv shows now and then -- or will even join in! I love this apartment, the location is amazing (four blocks from Brit's), the views are great, management is pretty reasonable and prompt, and the neighbors are all respectful and friendly.
