Hi there, I have a room in my four bedroom house coming available at the end of August and would be ready for move in on September 1st. The house has lots of amenities like wifi cable internet, cable tv in the living room and all the rooms, large shared hall bathroom and 2nd main level bathroom. We have a large backyard and driveway parking. The rent would be $500/month with $300 deposit. Your rent includes all utilites and trash/recycling pick up. So what you see is what you get.
There are three of us, 2 guys and myself (a female) living here. We all get along quite well, and enjoy playing cards together some nights or sitting out back by the bon fire pit.
Beyond my back yard is the Hyland Reserve park which encompasses over six miles of walking and biking paths.
