I have a one bedroom apartment that I need a room mate to share with me. I have clean and I am willing to negotiate living areas. I realize that sharing a room is not ideal but we can make it work it is a good sized bedroom and we can also make part of the living room into a bedroom if this is preferred. High Speed internet and possible cable TV can be negotiated upon renting. I have high speed internet and no cable, but I will have to get rid of my internet soon because of lack of funds. We can work out the details when you contact me. There is a good sized bathroom. Living room is nice, kitchen is small but has appliances, sink/electric stove and full sized fridge.
