We are in the process of buying a new house, and in search of some renters. You sound perfect for what we are looking for! Ben is a senior at SCSU that is going to school for psychology. He is also a full-time employee at Best Buy as the Appliance Supervisor. I am currently a junior at SCSU and will be graduating with a degree in Mass Communications. I am employed as a nanny for three different families and I also work at a tanning salon. Just to let you know, we have four dogs (all pretty small) and a cat (we hope that isn't a problem). As I said before, we are still in the process of purchasing our home, but I would like to keep you in the loop with what is going on if you still needed a place.
We will be fixing up the house (it is completely liveable) while we live there. The types of things we will be doing are: new stainless steel appliances, new paint, and landscaping. I just wanted you to know that the house isn't going to be torn all up while you're living there!
It is on the corner of 9th Ave S and 16th St S, so it is a short walk to SCSU Campus. It is very large (3500 square feet). We are hoping to get three other renters.
Since we don't 'own' it right now, it's really hard to say exact dates, but we would love to meet you for coffee and get to know you and have you come and check out the place. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
