Hi,
I own a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house near ol mexico. The basement was finished in 2005. The bedroom is about 11x11 and the walk in closet is about 9x9. There is also a nice 3/4 bath and a family room in the lower level. Utilities are included with rent. I do like to keep my house clean, so a clean roomate is preferred.
