Hey everyone, I have a 3 bedroom, 2005, end-unit townhouse in Shakopee with 1 bedroom for rent. It's located less then a mile off the Hwy. 169 Marschall Road exit (exit is right after Canterbury Park). It's located minutes from Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Carver, Chaska, Bloomington, Richfield, Prior Lake, Savage, and Burnsville. The room measures roughly 11x10, closet, it will be unfurnished when available. My place has brand new appliances, cable and internet hook up, loft, and upstairs laundry room. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with people from all age ranges. There is a Gold's Gym nearby for people who like to work out, Cub, Target, Kohl's, Starbucks and plenty of fast food restaurants and other sit down places. I have a four year old well-trained Pekingnese dog who is loving, quiet, and rarely barks, and 1 cat. I am 30 year old male, and my other roommate is a 28 year old male. Both of us have pretty normal 8-5, M-Friday work weeks, so we would hope for the same, but are open to anyone! Utilities ARE included. My roommate and I are reasonably clean and neat also. A male or female roommate is fine. The availability date is August 1 or anytime after that, whatever works for you.
