My room is available in a spacious three bedroom duplex. One male and one female roommate are both master's students and are really nice, clean, and respectful. The apartment is two levels. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom and linen closet are on the second floor. You would share a bathroom with one person. Rent is $315/month and includes all utilities including cable tv and high-speed internet. We also have a small lake and a community swimming pool, plenty of parking (including covered spaces), and a little patio in the back on the ground level. We have a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and air conditioning. The place is located on Hyde Park Ave. It’s right near the intersection of Nifong and Providence, about 5 minutes drive from campus. Walking distance from the new Wal-mart Supercenter, Gerbes and any fast food chain you can name.
