The house is a GREAT neighborhood, walking distance to several parks and the KC Plaza. Great convenience with a comfortable feel!
We are looking for a preferably clean roommate with a normal schedule. We like to keep the common areas, kitchen, living room and dinning room very clean for eveyone's enjoyment. Even though there is lots of space with one roommate living in the Studio apartment above the garage and another living in the house, we like to be able to interact and hang-out in the house.
