I am renting 2 bedrooms to one person and a private bathroom in my duplex. It is a 2 story 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath unit. The living area including kitchen is furnished, 2 bedrooms are not.
Rent is $500.00 + 1/2 utilities. Unit is located in the Sedgefield / Dilworth area close to Park Rd. Shopping Center. I would prefer a male roommate (straight or gay) and either a non-smoker or an outside only smoker. I am a professional and work from a home office. Am looking for a professional roommate age 27ish to 35ish (flexible)
As per lease agreement with Duplex owner, pets are not allowed. Looking for 12 month lease. |
