Two professional females working at UNC and Duke live in a 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms house. A room is available to rent from August 1. We share a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The house is at Bridgewood drive, Durham, NC 27713 . It is convenient to UNC, RTP and Duke. Rent is $350 per month. Three people share utilities. The house has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer/dryer, and TV. The room and house are furnished. We hope to have a non-smoking and no pet housemate.
