I am looking for a female roommate to share my 3br 2ba home with. I live in Garner near 40/42, convenient to I40 for those that work in Raleigh or Cary. Great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The home has a security system. Rent includes all utilities such as, electric, phone, internet, and trash pick up. The bedroom is unfurnished and you would have your own bathroom. We would share the kitchen living room and laundry room. I have 2 small dogs but they do not have full roam of the house at all times. I try to keep things neat but of course never as neat as I'd like. If you have a pet that's fine as long as it's small and you keep them clean. If you are interested a background check and references would be required.

About me: I'm 29 yrs old. I work in the medical field. I work full-time during the day but home in the evenings and weekends. I'm pretty laid back, honest, like to have good/clean fun, very much involved in my church. I don't party, drink, smoke or anything else that fits into that category.
