Hello future roomate... My name is Ryan and I recently purchased a brand new townhome just 5 min from downtown Wilmington.. I'll be departing in early August and I'm seeking a great roomate to fill my shoes.. I currently have a great roomate who is a History Grad student @ UNCW.. He is really one of the best roomates I've ever had in my 7 years in Wilmington and during college @ UNCW as well.. Literally everything is brand new with all available amenities listed. Its 25-30 min from 4 Brunswick co. beaches and 25 min to Wrightsville beach.. It is also 5 min from the brand new development near Waterford and Magnolia Greens for any avid golf player. There are many local food stores as well as the new Walmart. Plenty of new restaurants and banks just a drive away. The best part is that it is quiet and has very pleasant and relaxing living conditions. The list goes on and on, so if you are interested give me a call.....I'll be happy to answer any questions. |
