Hi! I am originally from Delaware, living in Charlotte now, and attend law school. I am sociable, neat and respectable. I am looking for someone who is the same. I do not smoke but I do socially drink. I usually get up around 7:30 am and go to bed around 1:00 am. I am in school most of the day and evenings. Boo! I am looking for a straight, female roommate who doesn't smoke and most importantly, is reliable. If you are a student - that's great too! We can commiserate together. :) If not, that's fine too. I had to pick an age range so I did. If you are older or younger - that is no big deal at all. It's nice to have someone closer to your age but I have many friends who are younger or older than me. The room should be available 5/23 or 5/30. The rent of $490 includes water, cable, pool access and access to a small fitness room at the clubhouse. We would split gas and electric. I don't think they run too high I think between $45 - $75 each person, depending on the month. The house is nicely furnished except for the spare room. It is also about 15 minutes from the Charlotte downtown area, about 15 minutes from South Park Mall, about 20 minutes from Concord Mills, and about 5 minutes from downtown Matthews. There is a new Harris Teeter next to the neighborhood and shops on Independence. We could work out a lease, although it would be nice to have someone who is interested in signing a one year lease.
