It's a good-sized 14'2" x 10'7" unfurnished upstairs bedroom, the upstairs hall bathroom will be yours. The kitchen's open. We can either do the community food and beer thing, or each keep our own stash, either way is fine with me. There's plenty of cabinet and drawer space if you've got your own nifty kitchen stuff to add. There's room in the garage for motorcycles. I'm eventually gonna get a plasma or LCD TV, if I could afford it right now I wouldn't be looking for a roommate. I usually have music or a movie on, and don't watch that much TV. So you've pretty much got control of the remote. The house is pretty empty other than the living room, so if you've got furniture to bring that's ok. During the week I work fairly normal hours, I'm gone from 7 to 6, and I usually crash out about midnight. I'm lookin' for what everyone says, "a respectable, responsible roommate." Being laid back and without any drama would be a definite plus. Any questions, just ask. |
