I have 2 rooms available. They are both 10 by 15. The first one is furnished but i can unfurnish it if you wish. it has a good size closet. The second one is unfurnished with a walk-in closet. Couples are welcome with an extra $100. The house is new, clean and well kept. I have a dog and a cat and i will consider pets with a non refundable $200 dep. Cable throughout the house, wireless internet. total of 3 bedrooms + loft, 2.5 bathrooms. Your bathroom will be shared. 2 car garage converted in a gym with all equipment. Pool and spa in the community. extra parking outside. Month to month rental agreement. Deposit equal to rent amount. All utilities incl. Very laid back, you can bring your friends whenever and have sleep overs on occasion. No smokers/no drugs plz. no children either. 18 to 30 y/o is preffered.
