Need to share a bathroom with another roommate.
Deposit is required to move in.(another $425)
The House is occupied by all females and a cute dog.
NO Drama, Smokers and Drugs.
At least 6 months lease is required.
Garage and Washing Room is shared by all roommates.
Utilities split by 4.
